MS Support

Newly diagnosed? Not sure where to turn? We’ll connect you with another MSer.
Not sure where to start? Head over to the forum where you'll find 40,000 other MSers ready to chat.

Sometimes it helps to have someone to chat to who can work through some of the obstacles you're facing and gets what it’s like to live with MS 🙋

Let us introduce you to other MSers like you. We’ll connect you beyond MS. Because MS is what you have, not who you are 👍

What is the Buddy Network?

The Buddy Network connects MSers on a one-to-one basis. We have a number of MSers who have lived experience and are ready to support you. The Buddy Network is international, and you can connect in a way that works best for you, whether this is in-person, on a video call, over the phone or over WhatsApp.

What can a Buddy provide?

  • A friendly ear to listen to you
  • Experience of being an MSer
  • An unbiased outlook
  • A non-judgemental approach

To apply for a Buddy, you can fill in this form👇 (if you're interested in becoming a Buddy, carry on scrolling down the page).

“Really great to be put in contact with someone who lives with MS, has first hand experience and understands when my support networks aren’t always able too.” - MSer

Feel like you could support another MSer?

We're keen to welcome new Buddies from all around the world.

You know what it’s like to have MS and the questions and emotions that go alongside dealing with diagnosis and how these change throughout the journey. As an experienced MSer, you’ll support both newly diagnosed people and those who are facing new obstacles on their MS journey.  The support might include sharing useful resources, explaining how you navigated treatment dilemmas or simply listening to their worries and encouraging them to become informed about their diagnosis.

Think you could support another MSer? Find out what it means to be a Buddy here.

Think this fits you to a tee?
